give the option of installing the 4Media Video toolbar, not as a requirement to accept the terms.

Remove the 'added ware' toolbar. Should not be forced to install anything else. There are free software that don't do that!

Drop the toolbar. Annoying and can be defeated in 1 click. Why bother?

I mean, if you have a 4 minute MP3 and your phone can only play a 15 second ringtone, well it would be nice to something telling me how long my trimmed clip is. Like I said a person could do the math, but if there paying for a program why...

Would be nice if it recorded from the program, for just voice tones and adding sound. The tool bar is not required to install, not a nice thing to add but easily unchecked and I was able to register just fine.

Allow recording or a 'what you hear' option

There are a lot of great clips from movies and such. Adding such an option would avoid a two step process of having to record and save to file and THEN importing clip in to 4Media Ringtone Maker.
